Simple Lemon Juice In Water
- Grab a lemon, wash and slice ( i used only 1 slice every morning. 3-4 slices each lemon,depend on the size. It can last for 3-4 days. Store in ref)
- Squeeze it.
- Pour warm water (not too hot)

I started again this early morning routine because I want to lose weight and to manage my hormone naturally. Plus, knowing that lemon is not only beneficial to woman with pcos kundi para sa lahat. I replace my coffee to lemon water, meaning nabawasan ang intake ko ng sugar at mas nakatipid pa ko. Plus ang daming benefits ko pang nakuha both internal at external.
May PCOS ka man o wala I encourage you to add this warm lemon water every morning into ypur routine. Although some of my friends told me na hindi sila hiyang, kasi parang nangangasim yun tiyan every time nainom ng lemon water sa umaga. Trial and error lang, pag di mo hiyang edi stop mo na. I’m lucky na no side effect sa kin so I enjoyed the benefits. ?
